Rich pinks, purples & a wrap-around lawn
Photographed in its first spring and second summer, the owners of this new build, classic house at the summit of Hampstead Hill, (Charlton Brown Architects), wanted to draw the verdancy of Hampstead into their surrounding garden. They wanted a modern, crisp, linear garden, a wrap-around lawn for their young children, as much pink and purple softness as could be squeezed in and as little hard landscaping as feasible, despite being almost four meters above pavement level.
